Andorra is simply a stunning place to spend time, whether that is on or off the bike – and yes, the skies really are as blue as in these pictures! Once you get away from the (one!) proper main road it is a beautiful, unspoilt country full of untamed mountains, and hidden in those mountains are some of the most fantastic trails you will ever ride. Andorra is a very, very high altitude country – so when you ride in the backcountry you really do get away from civilization. A little off-topic for STS, but things have been pretty tough for me personally for a few years, and today my first video on the new "My Singletrack Mind" YouTube channel launches. 😊 It's a fun, irreverant personal take on all things bikes and brains, covering lots of bike-related stuff, alongside openly talking about mental health and its' relationship to the sport we all love.
I will cover lots of practical things like maintenance, bike builds, riding tips, mountain biking, gravel, bikepacking, retrobikes....as well as talking openly about my personal experiences and advice on mental health issues. Too many men still hide their battles away - and I firmly believe that bikes are incredibly good therapy!
It's going to be a fun, positive place to hang out - but an honest one too!

Top work mate. Mental health is always vital to discuss, have had three mates commit suicide in recent years. Be open, vulnerable and always TALK! (Also ace that my Santa Cruz Bronson CC made the opening credits!) Love love love xxx
